Commercial / Industrial Cleaning Operative

No Experience? No Problem. Training Provided!

Salary -  £27,000 + Overtime (x1.5)  Driving licence is essential for this position.

Location -  Must live within a short commute of Aldershot (Field based position - we'll pick you up and drop you off)

This isn't a 9 to 5 role - you will need to be willing to work some unsocial hours.

No experience? That’s totally fine. If you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. This is full-time, hands-on work in a company that values its people and offers long-term stability.

Indepth Services has been a trusted name in specialist cleaning since 1978. We operate across the UK, working in schools, hospitals, restaurants, and care homes to keep kitchen and ventilation systems safe, clean, and compliant.

What the job involves :

  • Deep cleaning of kitchens and ventilation systems
  • Use of chemicals and specialist tools (training included)
  • Working and heights or in confined spaces (with full safety gear)
  • Completing jobs to high standards, often to challenging deadlines

    • You must have :

  • The right to work in the UK (without sponsorship)
  • Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)
  • Able to work shifts (this isn't a 9 to 5 role)
  • Ability to pass a basic DBS check
  • Strong worth ethic and able to follow instructions
  • Team player - willing to help out your colleagues
