Our people-first approach means internal promotions are on the rise, and we’re now looking for an enthusiastic HR / People Administrator to help us continue that journey on a Fixed Terms Contract (15 months). The Role Reporting to the People Business Partner, you’ll be a key player in our People Team, supporting employees across our two buzzing offices in Bishop’s Stortford and Shepherd’s Bush. You’ll be the go-to for : Preparing offer letters, contracts, and references Organising induction processes and managing onboarding / offboarding (including via Bob) Supporting with probation, T&Cs changes, exit interviews, and basic ER cases Being a liaison for IT access for starters / leavers Keeping HR systems and files (especially Bob) tidy and up-to-date Assisting with recruitment coordination, mainly for our factory team Generating useful HR KPIs and reports Being a friendly and reliable first point of contact for HR queries You : You don’t need years of HR experience — this could be your first step into HR, or you may already have some admin / HR exposure.
