Job Description

Purpose of Position :

To support the efficient operation of the Branch administration, ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times for the care management teams and staff.

Principal Responsibilities :

Foster positive relationships between staff and clients, demonstrating sensitivity to the needs of others.

Ensure total confidentiality regarding client information and treat all clients with courtesy and respect.

Perform administration duties as assigned by the management team.

Handle a demanding and intense role, dealing with sensitive issues.
