We're actively looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support our sales development team. Primary responsibilities will include improving business processes, running analysis, and leading planning for the SDR organization.
Integral part of GTM organization, key role in pipeline generation. Projects run by this role have a major impact on revenue.

Responsibilities :
- Strategy and Execution Partner : Own day-to-day operational support across Grafana’s Sales Development team.
- Share insights : Define and measure health metrics for the marketing-to-sales handoff
- Provide structure for scale : Develop reliable business processes to fit rapid growth
- De-risk GTM investment : Provide long-term vision to leaders by guiding planning
- Inform decision making : Prepare analysis and recommendations for new initiatives

5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, business / revenue operations roles.Highly proficient in Excel or Google SheetsHighly proficient in Powerpoint or Google SlidesExperience with Salesforce and understanding of database fundamentalsExperience with LeanData or lead routing modelsExperience with SQL preferredExcellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skillsAbility to independently manage multiple projects and prioritize responsibilitiesStrong written and verbal communication with the ability to express complex topics clearlyExcellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulnessLocated in United States EST, UK, or GermanyIn the UK the OTE compensation range for this role is GBP 64,000- GBP 77,000.
