Site Supervisor – HV Projects – Central Belt, Scotland A leading Tier 1 engineering contractor delivering major energy and infrastructure schemes across the UK is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a long-term portfolio of high-voltage (HV) electrical projects across Scotland’s Central Belt. This permanent role is ideal for a trade-qualified supervisor with a proven track record managing HV infrastructure works, grid connections, or substation installations. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring electrical packages are delivered safely, to spec, and on programme. Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise HV site works including switchgear, cable installations, earthing, and terminations
• Ensure all activities are planned, resourced, and executed in line with HSE and quality standards
• Support the Site Manager in day-to-day coordination of labour, materials, and logistics
• Maintain daily records, track progress, and report updates to the delivery team
• Carry out site audits and toolbox talks to promote a safe and productive work environment
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and supply chain to ensure works are sequenced effectively
• Review electrical drawings and schematics to ensure compliance and constructability
