About The Role

Interpolitan Money is looking to hire an enthusiastic and organised Client Services Executive to be part of a growing team that’s focused on delivering high-quality, human service to clients across multiple time zones. You'll be one of the first voices or messages a client receives so what you say and how you say it matters.

You’ll support both new and existing clients, handling a mix of queries and early engagement conversations. Whether it’s onboarding a new account, resolving an issue, or helping a client make the most of our services, you’ll be someone who makes it easy to do business with us.

This is a shift-based role covering the hours of 5am to 10pm, working on a rota to support clients globally. Early and late shifts can be worked remotely, offering flexibility around your schedule.

What you’ll be doing

Client Experience & Enquiry Management

  • Handle a wide range of inbound client queries via phone, email, and live chat with efficiency, discretion, and warmth
  • Deliver tailored, proactive solutions that reflect our commitment to luxury service and operational excellence
  • Act as a confident and reassuring presence ensuring every client interaction feels seamless and personalised
  • Complete all KYC, compliance, and CRM data requirements to the highest standard of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Engage with new clients during onboarding and welcome stages, ensuring early interactions are thoughtful, professional, and on-brand

Account Support & Relationship Growth

  • Identify behavioural and service patterns to spot cross-sell opportunities and escalate accounts with strategic potential
  • Use client insights and data tools to support account plans and long-term engagement
  • Collaborate with the wider Client Strategy & Insights team to deliver a unified, high-quality service experience
  • Support clients across various regions and time zones especially the Middle East, North America, and Asia offering flexibility in scheduling where required
  • Capture and act on client feedback to improve service quality, tools, and internal processes
  • Experience in a premium contact centre, luxury hospitality, private banking, or professional services environment is highly valued
  • Passionate about delivering a consistently high-end, human-first service across cultures and channels
  • A confident communicator, adaptable, empathetic, and capable of handling sensitive issues with maturity and discretion
  • Commercially aware with a proactive mindset, you know how to turn a good conversation into a valuable relationship
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot or similar), handling client data accurately, and navigating service tools with ease
  • Flexible, collaborative, and genuinely energised by client satisfaction and continuous improvement
  • Nice to have

  • Experience working for a fast-paced global financial services company
  • Multilingual fluency is a strong advantage, Arabic, French, Mandarin, or Hindi / Urdu would be particularly beneficial
