AECOM's Chesterfield office has an immediate requirement for a Senior Civil Engineer to undertake technical designs and project management and drive forward various civil infrastructure related commercial and residential development projects and to help develop the Company’s business.

The Business Unit is highly multi-disciplinary comprising civil & highway, structural, mechanical, and electrical / process engineers, architects, project managers and surveyors. Our market sectors range from industrial development and logistics, airports, infrastructure development / regeneration and Government Agency / Local Authority projects.

What you’ll do!

Job responsibilities :

• Reporting to the Principal / Associate Director, this role will provide support to the Team and work towards ensuring all projects are delivered to programme quality and budget.
• You will also need to develop internal team relationships and to ensure you provide support to train staff and to develop their individual skills and to encourage their personal development to promote succession planning.
• Key to this role is the ability to provide technical support to junior team members and have a client focused service which results in on-going satisfaction and repeat business.
