Leading, coach and inspire the automation and maintenance team on site.

Assess, train and develop the existing team.

Monitor and drive continuous improvement across the site and department.

Identify the latest automation on the market to improve the site and processes.

Cover performance management, oversee absence, H&S and grievances.

Monitor and Drive team performance through KPIs
