Helpdesk Operator - Nightshift

Anderson Knight is recruiting a Helpdesk Operator, based in the Technical Bureau team in the heart of Glasgow. Salary : £28,794.35 per annum Hours : 37.5 hours per week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7pm - 7am & every third Saturday 7pm - 7am) Are you tech-savvy, a great communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? You’ll be trained to monitor and remotely diagnose issues with Refrigeration, HVAC, and Lighting systems, helping to keep stores running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing :

• Responding to store alarms and logged faults, performing remote diagnostic checks
• Helping fix issues remotely—or arranging engineer visits when needed
• Supporting field engineers and store teams via phone and email
• Triaging faults and identifying root causes to improve efficiency
• Escalating technical issues as needed and ensuring systems are set to specification
• Working closely with your team to maintain high service standards
