BeaconMind is a leading provider of premium one-to-one online tutoring, designed to meet the academic needs of school-aged children across the United Kingdom. Our services are aligned with the national curriculum and underpinned by principles of modern child psychology. We provide not only academic support but also detailed behavioural and learning progress reports for parents.

To expand our reach and better serve local communities, we are seeking articulate and motivated individuals to join us as Remote Tutoring Sales Partners on a freelance basis.

Position Overview

This is a remote, freelance opportunity for individuals with strong interpersonal skills and local connections, particularly within parent networks. Successful candidates will introduce BeaconMind’s tutoring services to families seeking additional academic support for their children.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and engage with parents in your area who are exploring tutoring options for their children
Present BeaconMind’s online tutoring services in a professional and compelling manner
Support interested families through the enrolment process
Manage your own outreach efforts independently and on a flexible schedule

Candidate Profile

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with parents and community members

Prior experience in sales, education, or community outreach is advantageous but not essential

Strong sense of initiative, personal accountability, and self-motivation

Based in the United Kingdom with access to a reliable internet connection and phone

Comfortable working independently in a non-salaried freelance capacity

Compensation

This is a freelance, commission-only role. There is no base salary. The commission structure is as follows :

30% commission on each successful enrolment

35% commission on all confirmed enrolments from the sixth onward

Payments are issued bi-weekly for confirmed sign-ups

There is no cap on earnings; your income is determined by your performance

Please note : This is a freelance opportunity and not an offer of employment. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom. All earnings are performance-based, and individuals are responsible for managing their own tax and national insurance obligations.
