Job descriptionAnswering customer enquiries accurately and promptly Locating parts and accessories from stock or ordering from suppliers Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintaining accurate stock records and inventories Ensuring the parts store is kept tidy and organised Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers Regularly updating the parts database Providing excellent customer service Proven experience in a similar role in the motortrade ideal but not essential
Parts Advisor
Location : Huddersfield
Salary : £26,250 basic Plus Bonus
Hours : Monday to Froday 8am - 5pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8am - 12 : 30pm.
