About the role

Site Agent required to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a civils project in the Truro area. The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background with experience in highways, roads, groundworks, RC works, earthworks, deep drainage, externals, and heavy civils. A relevant construction degree (HNC or HND) with SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification is preferred.

The Site Agent will manage sub-agents, engineers, and foremen, ensure project delivery on time and within budget, develop relationships with clients, consultants, and site personnel, and enforce health and safety standards to ensure all works are completed safely.
