    Job Description

    • Provide first-line support to employees and managers on HR-related queries.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and documentation.
    • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Collaborate with other HR teams to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
    • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects as required.
    • Monitor and respond to queries in the shared HR inbox, escalating issues where necessary.
    • Support compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
    • The Successful Applicant

      A successful HR Administrator should have :

    • Previous experience in a similar HR role, ideally within the insurance industry.
    • Knowledge of HR systems and processes, with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and managers.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
