Workshop Engineer - Plant Equipment

Location : Northamptonshire

Salary : £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Hours : Monday to Friday, Day Shifts

Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Impact Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading plant equipment company based in Northamptonshire. We are seeking an experienced Workshop Engineer to join their dedicated team, working with a range of machinery including Telehandlers, Platform Lifts , and other plant machinery used for hire, sales, and repair.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of plant equipment.
• Ensuring all machinery is operating safely and efficiently before return to hire or sale fleet.
• Fault-finding, both mechanical and electrical, on a variety of plant items.
• Keeping accurate service and maintenance records in line with company procedures.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment in the workshop.
