Head of UK – Global Technology Recruitment Agency

Location : London (Hybrid)

Salary : Up to £80k + bonus & benefits

n The Role : As Head of UK , you’ll be a key player in the global leadership team, working closely with the CEO to drive strategic growth across the UK and international markets. You'll lead and inspire a high-performing 10+ contract IT recruitment team, helping to double its size over the next 18 months while leveraging an extensive, established client base.

Key Responsibilities : \n

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of IT contract recruiters
  • Drive new business development and client expansion across the UK and globally
  • Work in partnership with the CEO to shape business strategy and execution
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and accountability
  • Represent the UK region in the global leadership forum
