Are you an experienced Registered Manager available for work now? Our client, a reputable residential care home, is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the highest standards of care for its residents.

This role offers a FTC salary of £60 - 65K OR a competitive daily rate of £200 - £270, making it an attractive opportunity for seasoned professionals. You'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional care.

As The Interim Registered Manager, You Will

  • Lead and manage the care home, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Implement and monitor care plans to ensure residents receive personalised and effective care.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimise service delivery.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the care home.
  • Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies to ensure excellent communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain and improve care quality.
