Responsibilities include :

• Designing and developing packaging solutions for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, handling needs, and industry standards.
• Conducting feasibility studies and selecting materials to meet performance and cost targets.
• Collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to validate designs through testing and prototyping.
• Leading projects to improve packaging efficiency and sustainability, analyzing lifecycle impacts and proposing solutions.
• Overseeing packaging projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and reduce waste.
• Providing technical support during machinery and equipment implementation.
