Job description

A leading company in the renewables sector is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager for their site in Stockton-On-Tees. This role offers the opportunity to manage all maintenance activities while leading a team, encouraging innovation and implementation of ideas. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in an engineering environment.
  • Experience working on single and 3 phase systems.
  • Flexibility to join a Duty Manager rota every 3 weeks.

  • Planning, managing, and coordinating all maintenance activities.
  • Supporting the operations on site.
  • Leading from the front with hands-on ownership.

Leading from the front, the successful Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the planning, managing and coordinating all maintenance activities whilst supporting the operations on site. Maintenance Manager Requirements :

  • Hold an HNC / HND electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor working an in an engineering environment, dealing with inventory, budgets, reliability, root cause analysis, maintenance tasks, repairs and projects.
  • Strong mechanical engineering abilities.
  • Previous experience working with PLC’s – fault finding level.
  • Experience working on single and 3 phase systems.
  • Ability to work to high standards.
  • Flexibility to join a Duty Manager rota every 3 weeks.
  • IT Literate.
