Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant or F&B supervisor in a fast-paced, luxury venue
  • Genuine passion for Food and Beverage
  • Extensive knowledge of food, drink, quality products, and ingredients
  • Understanding of the current market and awareness of potential competitors
  • Proven ability to manage, lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the restaurant and bar
  • Foster strong and professional relationships with our valued guests
  • Address any concerns or complaints effectively and collaborate with the management team for resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to uphold smooth and high-quality service standards
  • Conduct daily briefings to align the team and maintain staff retention initiatives
