The Product team plans, builds and maintains industry-leading programmes. These programmes meet a diverse range of stakeholder needs, such as those from learners, PDEs, EPA requirements, sales, marketing, accessibility, budget and more. The three key aspects of the team are : 1) building and maintaining high-quality and on-time programmes; 2) exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management; and 3) completing admin.
The role :
As our AI Learning Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional AI-focused training content that can be integrated across multiple apprenticeship programmes at various levels. You'll work collaboratively with Directors of Curriculum to develop engaging, practical AI content that enhances our existing and new programmes, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and relevant in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
This role requires technical AI expertise and the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to different audiences, from leaders and managers to specialised technical roles, such as data analysts and software engineers. You'll play a crucial role in Corndel's strategy to embed AI skills across all our training offerings, meeting the growing demand for AI literacy in the workplace.
Responsibilities include (all) :
- Create high-quality, engaging AI learning content tailored for integration into various apprenticeship programmes at different levels (Level 3-7)
- Adapt teaching style and technical depth to suit different audience requirements and abilities
- Write clear, concise, and interactive eLearning content focused on practical AI applications relevant to different professional contexts
- Develop AI modules that can be embedded within existing curricula to enhance learner capabilities
- Create specialised AI workshops that can be delivered across different programmes
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies, incorporating them into learning materials
- Work closely with Directors of Curriculum to understand programme needs and tailor AI content accordingly
- Ensure all AI content aligns with apprenticeship standards and EPA requirements
- Collaborate with the Product team to design interactive learning experiences that make AI accessible to all learners
- Research and compile high-quality further learning resources for different AI topics and applications
- Support the creation of audio and video content related to AI in collaboration with our Digital Development team
- Assist in upskilling Professional Development Experts on delivering AI content
- Ensure all content follows ethical AI principles and addresses responsible AI use
