Job descriptionLead projects lasting 3-8 weeks, focusing on transactions, restructuring, and operational improvement. Deliver high-impact outputs such as financial models, KPI analysis, and data-driven insights. Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs and stakeholders. Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Ensure successful project delivery across multiple locations, meeting and exceeding client expectations. Fully qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with 4+ years of post-qualification experience. Background in Transaction Services or Restructuring Advisory, ideally in a top-tier firm. Strong skills in financial modelling and commercial analysis, with the ability to deliver under pressure. Excellent communicator with a proactive and results-driven approach. Proven ability to lead teams, manage client engagements, and deliver exceptional results.
