Act as the first point of contact for all HR related matters for your customer baseFurther develop the culture, promoting the core values and behaviours including EDI and employee engagementProviding insight and being a key driver for the HR team objectives and priorities aligned to the UK businessLiaise regularly with customers and attend management meetings as requiredSupport with the development, review and implementation of HR policies and initiatives as appropriate and contribute to the development of the HR function to support the needs of the businessProvide assistance with resourcing, training & succession planning to the businessLead and support HR project work and initiatives as appropriateSupport with TUPE transfersMonitor and deal with all employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, flexible working requests, absence cases, maternity / paternity and parental leave mattersEnsure a commercial understanding of each business area and build a rapport with the relevant managersSeek to reduce absence, turnover and increase employee engagement / retention in line with the HR and UK business targetsProvide feedback and coaching to managers on individual leadership and behavioural skills as appropriateDemonstrate knowledge and awareness of FCA procedures and legal requirementsCoach and mentor HR Administrators where relevantProvide assistance to the Senior HR Business Partner, as appropriate, together with cover to the rest of the HR teamActively seek to develop oneself and take responsibility for your own training and development.Behaviours
