    • Role Overview

    As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader, you will manage teams of up to 60 stock counters, overseeing the end-to-end stock taking service at various client sites. Flexibility is required as shifts vary and involve traveling to different sites, with occasional overnight stays.

    Shift Details

  • Days : Monday - Sunday (5 in 7 day shift pattern)
  • Hours : Evening / Night shifts

  • Ensure procedures and processes are followed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on all sites
  • Complete stock counts accurately and timely
  • Monitor and improve team productivity

    • Person Specification

  • Full Driving License
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Effective communication across all levels
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Willingness and ability to travel

    • Note : The role involves prolonged standing, working with ground and high-level stock, and working unsociable hours, including early mornings or nights. Candidates under 18 are ineligible.
