Your Mission
This role sits at the frontline of our growth in financial services. You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads, shaping proposals, building networks, and contributing to a go-to-market strategy that positions ClearSky Logic as a trusted partner across the industry.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Commercial, delivery experts, and technical leaders to co-create compelling propositions, and you'll be backed by content and marketing to drive outreach, events, and awareness.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creating Demand :
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities in the financial services sector. Use your understanding of the market, frameworks, and players to open conversations and create commercial traction.
- Develop multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, personalised video, email) to engage decision-makers and bring them into our pipeline.
Proposals & Presentations :
Collaborate with internal teams to shape and submit standout proposals. Bring clarity, creativity, and commercial strength to the pitch process.Forecasting & Account Planning :
Maintain an accurate, forward-looking view of your pipeline using HubSpot. Contribute to the design of account plans and growth strategies that unlock repeatable, scalable success.Stay up to speed on financial services trends, challenges, and regulations. Use this insight to spot gaps, add value in conversations, and steer our messaging.Event & Network Building :
Drive attendance to exclusive events (like C-suite dinners or roundtables). Use these as strategic levers to build deeper, more meaningful relationships.Has Solid experience in business development, sales, or commercial strategy (ideally in tech, SaaS, or consulting)Brings strong knowledge of financial services (lending, investment, fintech, insurance, etc.)Thinks strategically – understands targeting, positioning, qualification and long-term value creationWrites well, speaks with clarity, and is comfortable presenting to senior stakeholdersLoves crafting smart, tailored outreach (bonus if you’re confident making video intros)Is driven, independent, and collaborative – you're happy owning a number and working with a wider team to deliver itHas experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales NavigatorWants to grow – this is a role with real room to expand your remit and influenceWhat You’ll Get in Return
