Just Launched Associate Veterinarian Vacancy AAHA-Accredited Practice - Stafford, TX. Up to $160K Base + $50K Signing Bonus

Are you an experienced veterinarian or confident new grad looking to join a collaborative and supportive team? A well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Stafford, TX (Southwest Houston) is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to help deliver exceptional care in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Thriving 4 doctor small animal hospital with a loyal client base and a strong community presence.

Several of the veterinarians have been with the hospital for over a decadetestament to their supportive team culture!

This stunning facility is outfitted with the tools you need to practice high-quality medicine, including :

  • Digital radiography
  • In-house ultrasound
  • Digital dental radiology
  • Fully equipped rehabilitation center featuring underwater treadmills and laser therapy!

As an AAHA-accredited hospital, they are committed to upholding the highest standards in veterinary medicine!

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from :

  • Experienced DVMs
  • New or soon to qualify graduate DVMs who are confident and eager to learn

    • Special interest in dentistry or surgery is a plus, and the hospital provides a strong technician-to-doctor ratio to support your work.

    You'll have the opportunity to explore areas such as rehabilitation and pain management as well.

    Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time position : 3640 hours per week
  • Clinic Hours : MondayFriday, 7 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays : 7 : 30 AM 12 : 00 PM
  • Strong support staff with a collaborative, mentorship-focused culture

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $130,000 $160,000
  • Monthly production bonuses with true no-negative accrual
  • Signing bonus up to $50,000
  • Up to 5 weeks of PTO!
