In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. Duties : n \n
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with processing payments, and resolving billing issues
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
- Reviewing and processing requests on behalf of the client.
- Working to service level agreements and process information accurately.
- Receive and resolve enquiries from customers and their advisors.
- Ensure information on CRM systems are current and accurate.
- Process any amendments to customer's accounts accurately
- Ensure new customer information is onboarded accurately
- Overseeing client accounts and ensure appropriate follow up
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM system to manage customer interactions
