Account Executive – Growth-Stage SaaS (MarTech / ABM) – London / Hybrid
Location : London (4 days / week onsite)
The Opportunity
An innovative, VC-backed SaaS business in the MarTech space is looking for two Account Executives to join their growing commercial team. This company is on a journey to profitability, backed by strong organic traction and a proven product. It’s an opportunity to get in early, make a real impact, and grow your career as the business scales.
You’ll be working directly with mid-market clients, selling into senior marketing and sales stakeholders at high-growth B2B companies. The product empowers enterprise-level Account-Based Marketing (ABM) teams, and your role will be key in helping new clients understand its value and embed it across their organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through to demo, negotiation, and close.
- Deliver high-quality, tailored product demos to marketing and sales stakeholders.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across complex mid-market deals (marketing ops, sales leaders, procurement, finance, etc.).
- Develop relationships with decision-makers at leading global B2B brands.
- Travel to industry events and client meetings (UK and US), when required.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and product to help refine the go-to-market motion.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales , ideally having progressed from SDR / BDR into AE.Proven success managing mid-market sales cycles (~£30–40k ACV); familiarity with longer enterprise deal cycles a bonus.Strong demo and presentation skills – comfortable leading calls with senior stakeholders and adapting messaging live.Commercial acumen and a consultative approach; you're thoughtful in how you navigate objections and structure deals.Experience selling into marketing and / or sales teams is a strong advantage.Comfortable in an unstructured, startup environment – resourceful, proactive, and able to "figure things out."Hunger to grow within a scaling business – you’re not just looking for the next job, you’re looking for the next 3–4 years of your career.What You’ll Get
