We are delighted to be supporting one of the UK’s most respected EPM consultancies—an award-winning Workday implementation partner —in their search for a Senior EPM Implementation Consultant . This firm sits at the very top of Workday’s partner ecosystem, recognised for its deep heritage, long-standing enterprise client relationships, and excellence in delivery.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the UK, offering you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Workday Adaptive Planning and EPM technologies while enjoying one of the most attractive and flexible benefits packages in the market.

The Role

As a Senior EPM Implementation Consultant , you’ll play a critical role in delivering successful Adaptive Planning implementations for enterprise-level clients. You'll lead end-to-end project phases from requirements gathering to go-live, acting as a trusted advisor on all things EPM and finance transformation.

You’ll join a high-performing team with an excellent internal knowledge-sharing culture, and you’ll be empowered to drive real change with clients across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support full-cycle Workday Adaptive Planning implementations
  • Engage directly with senior finance stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Translate complex business processes into scalable and effective models within Adaptive Planning
  • Configure systems, run testing phases, and oversee user training
  • Contribute to internal best-practice libraries and mentor junior consultants

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience implementing a leading EPM platform (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle PBCS, SAP BPC, Adpative Planning, OneStream)
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes and financial modelling
  • Confident stakeholder communicator with experience leading workshops and change initiatives
  • Experience working within a consulting or partner environment highly desirable
  • UK-based with full working rights and flexibility for remote work
