Venn Group have been approached by a CQC registered provider and would like to introduce the following positions available

Position :           Mental Health Support Worker (1 x days and 1 x nights)

Location :          Wirral

Rate :                £16.50 per hour (Umbrella Rate)

Length :             6-8 weeks initially, opportunity to go permanent

Hours :              37.5 / 38.5 hours p / week, Monday - Sunday

Key Responsibilities include :

• To develop therapeutic relationships with the young people experiencing and work closely with their families and carers communicating effectively to provide ongoing engagement
• To co-operate with all members of the residential team in ensuring a safe environment is maintained for the young people
• To assist in creating a safe, clean, and secure environment to the highest standards of health and safety for all young people, relatives, and colleagues
• To conduct audits, assessments, inventories, risk assessments, including Health & Safety audits and other administrative tasks required for the effective running of the service
