Job Description

Lutine Bell are currently supporting a leading Financial Services organisation looking to appoint a Compliance Manager into their 2LOD.

Responsibilities :

Provide expert compliance advice and challenge across business activities, projects, and strategies
Support incidents, identify trends, and help assess whether regulatory notifications are required
Contribute

input to regulatory change initiatives

Influence decision-making through governance forums, embedding compliance into everyday operations

Monitor and share emerging regulatory trends, risks, and best practices

Partner with the business to continuously improve understanding and delivery of good customer outcomes

Requirements :

2nd line Compliance experience in Financial Services (ICOBS knowledge preferable)

Experience of regulatory frameworks, particularly FCA requirements

Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills

Location : Peterborough (hybrid working)
