Salary : £50,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

Basis : Full-time, Hybrid

Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their fast-growing renewable energy business, specialising in solar PV installations across the South of England. They are part of a PE-backed group of sustainability-focused businesses.

Business Development Manager - About the Role :

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead in driving new business, developing client relationships, and expanding the company's footprint in the domestic and commercial solar markets. You will work with a dynamic, forward-thinking team dedicated to sustainability and energy innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for solar PV installations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and consultants
• Conduct site visits and technical assessments (supported by engineering team)
• Prepare proposals and present tailored solutions
• Manage the sales pipeline and report on KPIs
• Work closely with project delivery and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction
