Product Designer – Digital Energy Trading Solutions

My client is a Global energy trading company leading the charge in digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to join their Energy Trading division as a Product Designer within a forward-thinking Information & Digital Technology team.

You’ll work on high-impact, internal B2B tools used by traders and analysts around the world, helping simplify complex workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support the organisation’s ambition to lead the energy transition.

Responsibilities

As a Product Designer, you will :

• Lead and execute the full product design lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Collaborate with users, developers, analysts, and product owners to solve complex business challenges
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma and design systems
• Facilitate workshops such as problem framing, jobs-to-be-done, and card sorting
• Ensure designs meet usability and accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG, ISO 9241)
• Present and communicate design concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
