Established for over 16 years, Praxis has transacted over £1.5bn, and with continued growth, is looking to grow its fund Finance function.

The role will provide financial input into investor reporting and capital statements, oversee audits and pro-actively business partner the asset management and investment teams on ongoing matters and cross-functional initiatives.

Main Duties :

  • Ownership of regular financial reporting for your funds
  • Preparation and review of quarterly investor reporting, including investor capital statements
  • Preparation of quarterly lender compliance calculations and reporting
  • Leading the annual audit of your funds and associated entities
  • Reviewing quarterly financial reporting of SPV’s and preparing NAV calculation
  • Acting as business partner to Investment teams in relation to investment decisions and proposed transactions
  • Leading on financial aspects of acquisitions and disposals, and onboarding new acquisitions
  • Supervising and guiding Fund accountants and assistants
  • Requirements, Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Experience of UK Real Estate investment & common fund structures
  • Highly efficient in MS Excel
  • Strong work ethic and effective team collaboration across organisational sectors
  • Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
