An exciting opportunity has arisen for driven and enthusiastic individual to start a career in the Network Management Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) team here at Sheffield City Council.
As part of the Network Management team you will assist in developing Intelligent Transport Systems that :
The successful candidate will have a good grasp of current digital technology. They will demonstrate awareness of best practice, industry standards and competencies in transport. They will possess the ability to interpret legislation or policy and apply that appropriately in delivery of the service. They will have the ability to establish, maintain and develop effective working relationships, with customers, partners, stakeholders, and colleagues. They will confidently use information and communications technology to access, manipulate and communicate technical information. They will have experience of resolving problems with the best possible outcomes.
