Job Title : Finance Manager

Sewell Wallis is seeking a Finance Manager with a strong technical background, experienced in large complex group reporting and consolidations, ideally within a sizable multi-million pound business handling group accounts.

Location : Stockport, Greater Manchester

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of properties, managing large complex group consolidations and cash flow statements.
• Manage a small team of management accountants responsible for management information (MI) preparation.
• Onboard new assets and build new consolidations, accounting for new legal entities.
• Engage in business partnering with internal and external stakeholders to provide insights on your portfolio.
• Handle treasury management, cash forecasts, and collaborate with the treasury team.
• Lead annual reporting and audits for multiple entities.
• Manage tax matters such as VAT and CIT returns.
• Support non-finance managers with financial insights.
• Present monthly and quarterly management accounts to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and boards.
• Manage lease accounting and perform variance analysis at the revenue-to-lease level.
