We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Sous Chef to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining culinary standards, and contributing to menu development. • Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation.
• Oversee and participate in the cooking and presentation of dishes.

• Collaborate with the culinary team in developing and updating menu offerings.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control of kitchen supplies.
