About the role : As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll care for residents' physical, psychological, and social needs to ensure they receive the quality care they deserve. You will create a safe and supportive environment, develop care plans, administer medication, and uphold high standards of clinical practice. You will have the autonomy to do things the right way and be valued for your expertise.
About you : You must have current NMC registration and a solid knowledge of the latest clinical practices. Experience in developing comprehensive care plans, conducting risk assessments, and understanding regulatory frameworks such as DoLs / MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines is essential. Compassionate and dedicated, you pride yourself on a person-centered approach to nursing.
