This is a full-time remote role for a Lift Engineer based in Croydon / South London. The Lift Engineer will be responsible for servicing, callout and minor repairs on and including passenger, goods, car, scenic, firefighting, and custom-made bespoke lifts. Key tasks include conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of lifts
• Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Understanding and implementation of safety standards and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration with clients, architects, and contractors
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with different types of lifts, such as passenger, goods, car, scenic, firefighting, and custom-made bespoke lifts is a plus
• Relevant engineering qualifications and certifications - NVQ Level 3
• Experience in Lift engineering and maintenance
