Children's Services Registered Manager

Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children who need it most. We are now seeking a compassionate, experienced, and results-driven Registered Manager to lead our 5 Bed Children's Residential Home and ensure we deliver outstanding care that meets and exceeds regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children and young people in our care.
• Lead, manage, and inspire a team of dedicated staff, ensuring they are supported and motivated to deliver exceptional care.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, Children’s Homes Regulations, and the Quality Standards.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child, ensuring their personal growth and emotional development.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational activities efficiently.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, parents, and guardians.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team. What We’re Looking For
