Our client is an industry-leading entertainment business seeking an Ecommerce Executive to support their SVP of Commercial and Ecommerce. The role focuses on driving ecommerce revenue and enhancing the digital experience for customers.

Key responsibilities include :

• Driving ecommerce KPIs such as conversion rates, organic traffic, and customer engagement frequency.
• Collaborating with Customer Support to analyze feedback and improve the customer journey.
• Assisting with the company's digital transformation initiatives.
• Managing demand processes involving Marketing, Operations, Commercial, and other stakeholders.
