Job Opportunity : Chef de Partie

An exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie is available at a four-star, multi-outlet hotel with a busy dining operation. You will be joining a large team of 15 chefs. The property features two restaurants with separate menus, offering modern British dining prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce. There is also a large conference and banqueting department catering to both corporate and leisure guests for functions and weddings.

As a Chef de Partie, you will support the senior chefs. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and training, as you will work in all sections of the kitchen.

Requirements :

CVs from Chef de Parties will be considered. It is important that your experience highlights working in busy, fresh-food kitchens serving multiple dining operations and banqueting. We are looking for a Chef de Partie with drive, the ability to elevate standards, good teamwork skills, and a desire to learn and develop.
