About the Role Key Skills Protection Engineering Design Expertise : Proven ability to produce and check schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and panel layouts to meet design specifications. CAD and Engineering Software Proficiency : Experience with tools like AutoCAD, DigSilent PowerFactory, ETAP, and Amtech to develop precise technical designs. Industry Standards Knowledge : Strong understanding of UK industry and DNO standards, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Communication and Collaboration : Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for technical discussions, client meetings, and team coordination. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to assess and resolve technical challenges while managing design risk and quality control processes effectively.
