ROLE : Fully Qualified Electrician (Solar experience req)
SALARY : Up to GBP50,000
LOCATION : Neath Port Talbot, South Wales
We are seeking a Fully Qualified Electrician with Solar experience to join a growing and dynamic team in the South Wales area and surroundings. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a leadership role, managing a team of apprentices while working in the renewable energy sector. You'll play a key role in driving solar projects forward and contribute to a greener future.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a small team of apprentices on solar installation projects
- Oversee and ensure the safe and efficient installation of solar PV systems
- Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on solar systems
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver projects on time and to specification
- Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical regulations and health & safety standards
- Provide mentorship and on-the-job training for apprentices
