Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our Customer Services Team in Northampton on a full time permanent basis.

Salary :  25396.80 per annum.

Working hours :  Monday - Friday 09 : 00 - 17 : 00

As a Client Account Administrator you will work within the administrative team to deliver excellent customer service providing client delight through efficient and accurate delivery of day to day tasks whilst assisting the Account Executive in delivering innovation and exceptional service levels.

Key Duties of a Client Account Administrator :

  • Management of client queries and log issues with site accordingly.
  • Assist with the creating and circulation of reports for both Returns and in line with timeframes as specified.
  • Management of client inbox and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting the clients Merchandisers and key contacts with queries on Stock CMO Customer queries Replenishment Hamper builds Returns and .
  • Processing corrections on orders review and issue of re-work instructions corporate order management orders in error corrections and escalations track sample requests and other administrative tasks as outlined in the departmental SOPs.
  • Supporting with Wholesale despatches (printing orders completing paperwork and keeping labelling guidance up to date with support from client).
  • Provide annual leave cover for the Account Executive and administration colleagues.
  • Liaising with client key contact on a daily basis in an articulate and efficient manner.

Qualifications :

  • Previous administrative experience is desired.
  • Strong IT skills competent in all Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Experience within a logistics / warehousing environment would be preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal.
  • Confident communicator to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic.
