Role Summary :

This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of employment matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work. You'll be part of a high-performing team with a wealth of experience, providing you with the support and opportunities to grow and develop your career. The position can be based remotely or in a hybrid arrangement from the Bristol office, with flexible working options available.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a variety of employment cases from initial referral to conclusion : Ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service
  • Provide advice on settlement agreements, contracts of employment, and HR policies : Supporting businesses through complex employment law requirements
  • Handle employment litigation matters, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims : Advocating effectively for clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient case handling and adherence to regulatory processes : Contributing to a culture of excellence
  • Requirements :

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in employment litigation
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage a caseload proactively and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct
  • Collaborative approach with a focus on client care
