Basic Salary £30-35k DOE + Commission Scheme, £40k OTE

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8 : 45am-5 : 30pm

Every other Saturday 9am-4 : 30pm (with a day in lieu the following week)

Working for a successful independently owned Estate Agency with 3 offices, you will be a pivotal part of the team as they enter a period of growth. The role is mainly office-based, with occasional duties assisting with viewings. You will oversee daily office activities, manage diaries for the Manager, Assistant Manager, and two negotiators, ensure negotiators stay on top of their tasks and sales progression, and manage your own pipeline.

• Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
• Be the main point of contact for ongoing client care
• Oversee daily office activities and ensure the pipeline is well managed
• Represent vendors in negotiations with prospective buyers
• Understand the offer process for Sales and Lets
• Build the sales business by developing contacts and creating new opportunities
