We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated member of staff to work as part of a team supporting children across school with Special Educational Needs.

If you have :

• experienced in working with children with special educational needs, particularly those with an EHCP, in a school or early years setting;
• the ability to stay calm and resilient when supporting children who display heightened emotions;
• the ability to develop positive relationships with children, families, professionals and colleagues;
• a solution focused approach and the ability to put external agency advice into practice;
• excellent communication skills and can act as a good role model for spoken English;
• the ability to support children with intimate care and to develop their independent self-care skills.
