3rd Line Technical Support

3rd Line Support / Senior Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support– Based in Leeds- Will need to be able to become SC Cleared. As 3rd Line Support / Senior Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support, you will need the following Skills :  3-4 years’ experience in Cloud / Infrastructure Support within a Service Provider environment, with in depth experience with Microsoft Windows Server, TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory & Group Policy. Excellent Azure solutions (SaaS, PaaS, & IaaS), DFS & FSlogix, Exchange / M365, Powershell scripting. Strong experience of managing Virtual Environments (VMWare and / or Hyper-V). Successful 3rd Line Support / Senior Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support will need to be able to become SC Cleared and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with previous experience of working within a fast-paced environment, preferably enterprise level / within a MSP. Any 3rd Line Support / Senior Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support who has had any previous experience of adding value to a team and used to taking escalations from the 2nd line team. 3rd Line Support / Senior Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support must have strong documentation skills, able to adhere to processes and procedures as well as incident management / escalations from the Service Desk,... we are here waiting to invest in your career if you are dedicated and have a growth mindset, please call to discuss the role in more depth
