Job descriptionEnsure that every Team member is there on time for shift changeovers and breaks. Process Staff time sheets Ensure all Operatives are working to correct procedures and production levels. Ensure the completion of all PI counts and stock takes are completed accurately and on time. Ensure all Operatives are trained to the appropriate standard and understand their impact on inventory accuracy. Create and maintain a culture of behaviour based safety. To ensure staff are working safely to health and safety requirements and standards Accountable for the safe systems of work and adequate training. Addresses all Health and Safety & COSHH Issues specific to each area through effective audits and risk assessments. Good manufacturing management experience, demonstrating significant results through lean principles implementation and usage. Comprehensive knowledge of production planning / manning requirements. Either ILM 3 Certified or willing to undertake training. PC literate / numerically competent. Excellent communication, and organization skills Energetic and enthusiastic. Adaptable to change Self Motivated
