As Senior Operations Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client travel experiences through the smooth operations of escorted group tours. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll oversee logistics, negotiate competitive rates with DMC’s and travel partners, support tour leaders and ensure high standards across the board.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Responsible for the full operations of a portfolio of Escorted Group Tours
• Liaise with our DMC partners to confirm allocations and book services for Escorted Group Tours itineraries
• Negotiate competitive rates with DMC partners
• Assist with operational & crisis issues while tours are on the road
• Obtain and assist clients and staff with visa-supporting documentation / visa processes.
